Waste of money/ no customer service

Save your money, I have email sensorbrite concerning buying 4 units but only 3 work, I have included pictures and a video. I haven’t heard back at all. What is customer service telephone number?

Disappointed so far

Bought 4 at Home Depot open one and it does not work, will not turn on. So sad. Based on other reviews this is typical of your products, I suggest you step up your game

Did Not Work

It is so funny that I opened my email and saw this mail from your company. I was going to email yous about my light. I had mine in direct sunlight for over 8 hrs and it would not turn on. Finally one night it did, just recently and the light is so dim. I was really looking forward to seeing this work for me because I have a handicapped nephew who lives with me and this light from advertising, would have helped him with his safety walking outside and down my 3 steps to get on my driveway. But highly disappointed.

First two I bought I love, last 3 not working

6 months earlier bought two - love them both (recharge/color selects/motion sensor all work well). Last month bought (3) to extend prior success. But they don't seem to work! Installed all (3) south side of building in area with lots of sun. They worked like 20% of the time the first week, but the motion sensor feature not working more than one night in a row on any of them.
