We've got you covered! Returns and exchanges are 100% on us within the contiguous US. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method or digital store credit.

We stand behind our lighting items and want you to be satisfied. Weโ€™ll always do our best to take care of you, and our goal is to support your lighting needs.

We want you to love your purchase, so we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order. You can exchange for a different product or receive a refund to your original payment method or digital store credit.

Refund to the original payment method

- Put in your order number and zip code and select "start a return or exchange"

- Click the item you want a refund for and choose 'Return'

- Tell us why you'd like a refund and continue with the return

- At the end, select "No thanks" and choose to get a refund back to your original payment method.

Refund to a digital gift card

- Put in your order number and zip code and select "start a return or exchange"

- Click the item you want a refund for and choose 'Return'

- Tell us why you'd like a refund and continue with the return

- At the end, select "No, thanks" and choose store credit.

Items can be exchanged for any other product(s) of equal or lesser value, digital gift cards, or your original payment method.

It takes 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) for your return to be processed. After that, your order ships back out to you immediately!

No, they never expire!
