United StatesFirst returned to Home Depot; trying a second one
I couldn't remove the top of the first one. No different with the second one. I finally had to lubricate it with a fine oil before it would come off. Very frustrating for this handyman. First one the charge light never turned green. Hoping this one will charge properly and work properly. Haven't tried the remote yet.

The remote does not work. It has high med and low but i cant get it to work. So if the remote worked it would be better. It was too hard to get the recharging part off the base that is stuch to the ceiling off. I took it off before installinh and it was so hard to do. I am handy and never saw such a bad design to take it off. If i install this it can not go all the way back on or i will never get it off again. The twist mechanism needs to be more user friendly and easier to take in and off but also stay on good so it does not fall on your head. Since i can not get the remote to work, i an considering returning as this is nothing more than a cheap motion light without the options that onky thr remote can do.

I bought the Ultra originally and was very disappointed when it only stayed on for 10 seconds and then turned off. I ordered what I intended to be an Ultra + from Amazon. They shipped an Ultra without the +, so it only stayed on for 10 seconds. Finally, I called Sensor Brite and ordered an Over Lite Ultra +. This time I received the Ultra +,which has an on/off switch that allows it to stay on until I want to turn it off

Great Light
I have been looking for a light for a closet for years, I came across this at Lowes, it is exactly what I needed the best part is that is has 3 brightness settings and comes on automatically when the door opens and shuts off within 20 seconds. No need for batteries which is a plus just use a standard charger and plug it in and it charges overnight.

I needed a bright light for a closet that has no electricity. This light fit the need perfectly. It is bright, adjustable light levels and was placed on the ceiling with just the sticky tape on the device. An option to mount with enclosed screws is possible, but not necessary as the unit stays in place without that. It comes on when there is movement in the closet so no switch is used. It turns off afterwards. Great product.
